About Clam Flange® Format

Clam Flange Grab Rails are Con-Serv's regular stainless steel grab rails suited to washroom and commercial bathrooms. Featuring a 76mm pre-formed wall mount plate with 5 fastening points, the Clam Flange® range is functional and reliable and also benefits from a continuous weld joint concealed by the 78mm domed push on cover.

Clam Flange® Grab Rail Features

• 304 (18/8) stainless steel construction
• 32mm diameter tube with 1.2mm wall thickness
• 76mm wall mount plate featuring 5 x screw fastening positions
• 78mm domed cover plate with 5° radius
• Concealed fixings
• Complies with AS 1428.1- 2009 for Design and Construction
• Stainless steel fixing screws included
• Available in Satin Supreme™ and Polish Supreme™ finishes

Grab Rail Accessories

Con-Serv offers a range of accessories designed for 32mm stainless steel rails. Some options will require factory fitting to ensure they comply with AS 1428.1-2009 requirements, whilst others can be simply retrofitted.

Installing Clam Flange® Grab Rails

Grab rails with Clam Flange® must be fitted to a solid wall or other firm surface and installed by qualified tradespeople. Con-Serv® grab rails will support loads in excess of 113kg when correctly installed, complying with accessibility guidelines of AS 1428.1- 2009.
