About Vandal and Tamper Proof Products

When we introduced our water saving showers into the Australian market, we wanted to cover every possible application. We know there is a whole lot more to consider when installing bathroom fittings into public areas such as schools and caravan parks so we developed a range of durable, water saving showers designed to withstand the high demand of public spaces.

What does Vandal and Tamper Resistant mean?

Unfortunately, most of us have had the experience of walking into a public area where fittings have been damaged, broken or simply don’t work. Whether this occurs through vandalism or misuse, vandal and tamper resistant products are designed to make these items harder to mess with. Incorporating vandal and tamper resistant measures such as grub screw locks so items can’t be removed with standard tools, fixed fittings with no moving parts and the use of durable materials such as brass, all help to reduce the risk of damage.

Cobra – Vandal Resistant and Anti-Ligature Shower
Designed with no moving parts and minimal projection, our Cobra fixed shower is secured with a tamper proof grub screw locking system for a durable shower ideal for detention centres and high-risk public spaces. Featuring a 17° angled shower body with no ligature points, the Cobra also provides anti-ligature features helping to reduce the risk of self-harm.

Vanguard – 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, Vandal Resistant Shower
Ideal for high corrosion environments such as beaches, campsites and caravan parks, the Vanguard Shower is made of 316 marine grade stainless steel and offers the highest resistance to pitting and corrosion, as well as improving resistance when exposed to elevated temperatures.

Pioneer and Zodiac Tamper Resistant Showers
Our Pioneer and Zodiac fixed showers are secured with grub screw locks for a safe and tamper proof installation. Shower heads are attached with heavy-duty ball joint mounts providing limited controlled movement for tamper proof shower solutions ideal for caravan parks and schools.
