What is the difference between the Clam Flange and Hygienic Seal flange on Con-Serv grab rails?
Our standard Clam Flange is a 78mm pre-formed domed flange and provides a secure connection and concealed finish when installing grab rails. Our premium Hygienic Seal flange provides an extra level of care using 50mm brass screws with a thermoplastic elastomer seal that seals the flange firmly to the rail wall preventing the accumulation of unhealthy grime in the flange. What is the minimum order, and freight cost?

What is the restrictor bracket called which stops the hose from falling into the toilet/WC?
The Con-Serv Hose Restrictor Bracket is called the HR 015 C and sells for $45.00 + GST (RRP). It is also available in Matte Black HR 015 MB and sells for $65.00 + GST (RRP).
What is Con-Serv’s re-stocking fee?

How long will my order take to get to me?

How long does it take if my customer/my store/my courier would like to collect the order from Con-Serv’s Head Office in Kedron?
For standard orders, we require 2 hours’ notice to pick and pack your order ready for collection (during office hours, 8am-4pm, Monday - Friday). Check out our Purchase Order information page for details on what is needed to place your order with Con-serv.
I need a custom grab rail quoted, what do I do?
Contact our Customer Service team on 1300 467 322. Be sure to let us know which flange and finish you require. Standard finish Custom Made Grab Rails will be available to store in 10 working days. Grab Rails requiring powder coat colour finishes will be available in-store in 20 working days from order.
What is the difference between the GB 900P C and the GS 900P C Hosfab Shower System?
The GS 900P C (Home Care Hosfab with Princess Handpiece) has a Softflex spiral hose and an ABS plastic glide slide. The GB 900P C is from our Premium Hosfab collection and includes a friction track slider with a collar, Silverflex smooth hose, and a soap dish. What is the difference between an ID 01803 C and HS 01803 C Hosfab Shower Systems?
The ID Hosfab shower systems include our Push-PullMe slider and a rod for height adjustment from a seated position and is recommended in strictly PWD bathrooms. The HS Hosfab Shower System includes our standard regular brass friction slider suitable for disabled use (not recommended in a strictly PWD bathroom). How do you determine left or right hand for the toilet grab rails?
Left or right hand refers to the position of use when seated. e.g. If support is needed on the right-hand side when a user is seated on the toilet pan, a right-hand configuration is required.
How do you determine left or right hand for a shower grab rail?
Left or right hand refers to the position of the vertical rail when looking at the installed grab rail. e.g. If you require the vertical rail to be on the right-hand side, a right-hand configuration is required.
Can Con-Serv supply powder coat colours for the grab rails?
Yes, our standard finish is a white powder coat or matte black but additional colours can be made for custom orders. If there is a particular colour required, contact our Customer Service team on 1300 467 322 with the Dulux colour code. We will advise you if your custom colour is available and provide you with a quote and eta should you wish to proceed.
Can Con-Serv electroplate/plate grab rails?
Yes, please advise us of the colour you require and we can organise a quote for you. Contact our Customer Service team on 1300 467 322 and we will provide you with a quote and eta should you wish to proceed. Custom plating generally takes anywhere between 6-8 weeks and orders must be paid in full prior to delivery and are non-returnable.
What is the longest length of shower hose available?
